For hygiene reasons, we are only able to offer returns on our camisoles, shorts and pixie crops. Knickers can only be return if unworn and hygiene sticker is still intact* This is our only exception for returning knickers.

 

For exchanges and returns, please place the items in either the original packaging or any other solid carton box/packaging. Please clearly state your name, order number and new delivery address inside. All items must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt. 

All returning items must be sent back to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.  Garments will be checked and then we will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We will not refund shipping expenses but will cover new delivery expenses.

If you need to change the size of your item please contact us at hello@ohlydia-intimates.co.uk and state which size and colour you want.  Only once we receive the return we will refund or send out the exchange.
