RED BABY-TEE

For hygiene reasons, we are only able to offer returns on our camisoles, short, baby-tee's and trousers. Not our knickers.

For exchanges and returns, please place the items in either the original packaging or any other solid carton box or packaging. Please clearly state your name and/or order number on the packaging. All items must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

All returning items must be sent back to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. I will then check the garments myself and contact you directly to resolve the issue. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We will not refund shipping expenses. 

Please make sure you put a note in your parcel stating your name, order number and reason for return. Buyer pays postage and is responsible for the item until it is returned. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. Please note that all of our shipping methods will require a signature. If you are out when delivery is attempted a card will be left with details on where to collect your item or how to rearrange delivery. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched

International (orders outside the UK) orders will be shipped with a tracking number for your peace of mind.
